5’4" is fine. Here is how to look taller. I am a fashion stylist.
1. Heels.
2. pointed shoes elongate the leg.
3. Pin stripes or other vertical lines in the clothing.
4. deep V on the top.
5 Keep jacket lengths short. waist or hips only
5 Keep skirts to no longer than on the knee.
