what is the best way to grow taller while being 15?
I getting tired that most my friends from school are taller than I wish I could grow taller too is there any possible way besides Drugs, Growth pills etc. But I did try the Grow taller 4 idiot does that even work at all I’m 15 and I’m 5’3 Male reply this message please!

Actually, the first 2 hours of sleep are when the most growth hormone is released into your system from your pituitary gland. Sleeping just a few hours can lower the amount of growth hormone your body produces, which is not what you want.

Patience! My brother was the same height as me (im a 5’6 girl) and when he turned 16 he just shot up to 6’2! it happened very quickly.
