i want to know more about fastest ways to increase height.I’m 27 years old.I’d browse youtube video and some of the grow taller site and blog.can you tell which is the best resources to learn the exercise to do natural ways to increase my height

youre 27, so i doubt youll grow. just try to stand straighter and stretch and improve your posture.
what ive heard is that if you do yoga and stretches youll increace your vertical in no time.
Um, u are what u are, accept it. They are operations to increase height, but passed that, /shrug,
lol pilates has been credited to make you APPEAR taller, only because you stretch flex and gain better posture habits.
I asked my sister, who is going for a degree in medical stuff, and she says that there really isn’t w ay to increase height without surgery. Besides that, I don’t even think that there is a way to increase height with surgery. Sorry, but I think you’re out of luck; I wouldn’t trust any site that says "you can grow taller in some amount of time". They’re usually scams.
Well um, I would recommend these exercises for someone lower in age, but, try these:
EXERCISE 1: Lay flat on the ground on your belly. Then, put yourself in a position so that,
Your back is curved, your whole legs and feet are faced down to the floor
and your arms are straight out holding your chest up. Stay like that for a while.
EXERCISE 2: Stand up against the a wall so that your back is touching the wall.
Raise up your arms and stand on your tippy toes. Stay like that for a while.
EXERCISE 3: Okay. The final exercise. Lay flat on the ground so that your face and chest are
upward. Curl your hands back behind your shoulders and lift your knees up.
Lift your self. This position that your in right now should look like your a table with
your chest and abdomen being the table top.Stay like that for a while.
