What should I include in my diet in order to increase my height?
Ok, so I’m a 16 year old Indian male and have relatively tall family members. I’m 5 foot 8 at the moment and I’d love to know what I should include in my diet to help me grow taller and really make the most out of the second growth spurt that I’ve got coming up.

It’s very important to eat foods that are rich in proteins.
for instance:
milk, fish, eggs, and lean meat are all forms of good protein.
You should also eat foods that have plenty of amino acids and vitamins.
Be aware that the biggest threats to your growth are caffeine, junk food and refined sugar.

Good luck
You may have already sprouted as much as you will sprout, unless you are a late bloomer. I say embrace yourself for what you are, there are all sorts of negative things about being taller than 6 feet in life, and you won’t be bothered by them.
Car seats, doorways, chairs in general, fitting through tight spaces, etc. Besides, you shouldn’t define yourself by your height or any other standard.
Take it easy man.
Try to include foods rich with calcium and protein. These two nutrients are responsible for growth in our bodies. Calcium helps to build and maintain your bones and protein helps to build and maintain your muscles and tissues. Calcium is most prevalent in dairy foods like milk, cheese and yogurt. Protein is prevalent in foods like chicken, tuna, kidney beans, eggs, milk and etc. However, food can’t only help you to grow taller, a powerful and working growth system can help you become 6’2 in a few months.
