When do you stop getting taller?
I’m 18 and 6 months old and 5’6” tall. My father is slightly taller at 5’7 1/2”, and my mother is 5’2”. My uncles are are much taller, all above 5’11. Now I understand that your primary growth ends with puberty, but you continue to grow (for guys, cause I’m a guy >.<) until you’re about 21. Considering when I was 18 I was 5’5 1/2”, what in your opinion does the future hold? Also, are there supplements I can take to increase the chance of growth? Thanks!

The absolute deadline for male height growth is 25 but in most cases any further growth after 18 is likely to be insignificant. There are, however, exceptions such as late bloomers who often grow late.
well you will slow down on growing at 21, but you could keep growing slowly until your 25, also yes there are some ways to increase your growing. what causes guys to grow is the testosterone in our bodies. the higher your testosterone is the more you are going to grow and the faster you are going to grow. you can go to a dietary store and buy growth hormone or testosterone boosters. now im not sure if it will make you taller but im sure by the time you reach 21 you will atleast be an inch taller than you are now.
