Which is factor is more dominant to your height: Milk or Genes?
So I’ve heard many stories about both sides. Some people say your genes designate your height so milk just quickens the process. Others say milk is supplement to what your designated height should be which means it makes u actually grow taller than what ure supposed to be. So can anyone tell me the real scientific truth?

The truth is that your genes play the greatest determining role to your growth/height. However, milk is a supplement for your body. Drinking milk is essential because it allows you have healthy and strong bones. Milk is just one factor for determining height; there are of course many other factors. Overall, your genes play the biggest role.

Genes because if it was mostly milk that means midgets can grow to the size of a normal human by drinking lots of milk!
