Which parts of the body should you focus on when exercising to grow to taller ?
I want to grow to 6 feet while I am about 5’8 now. People say to play basketball or swim to grow taller but I can’t really find transportation to do so. So anyways I figured that the reason basketball and swimming makes you grow taller is because it works (one) part(s) of the body…what is that part?
