why shouldnt guys take iron?
i just read a response that guys should not take iron.. why is that? also is there a reccomended supplement for me to take to grow taller?

growing taller is not a food thing its a matter of heredity, i dont know about the iron situation though.
You should take iron supplements only if you are diagnosed with low iron levels. Iron can build up in your body and become toxic. My fatherinlaw has high iron levels, has to give blood twice monthly to try and lower it. Women may be iron deficient, but men rarely are.
