will a hgh supplement make you grow taller?

its sold in stores not illegal or anything its intended to build muscle but i heard hgh makes you grow taller so would this make me grow taller
also im 17 not sure if that helps

I think you’re way past growing at that age. Lots of calcium at a younger age would have helped, and you can get that in food. Oh well.
If you want to build muscle, I suggest going to the gym three times a week and eating more protein.

No muscle gaining supplement such as this one is supposed to help you grow height wise, however, it might make you a tiny bit taller because you are after all gaining mass. Keep in mind that the amount you would grow in height obviously would be extremely small as these supplements are supposed to make you stronger, not taller. Before you take these, consider why you want to take them. If it is because you want to grow .1 inches taller, make sure you understand that you will hardly benefit. If you want to take them for gaining muscle mass, you might even want to consider other supplements that are out there that contain proteins like whey, which works for me.
